What staying here feels like
The Double Tent is our most-loved retreat: a private suite under canvas at the foot of the Erg Chebbi dunes. Inside, a king-sized bed dressed in crisp cotton faces the tent’s private terrace, so the first thing you see in the morning is sand turning gold with the sunrise.
Behind a woven partition you have a full private bathroom with hot water, soft towels and natural toiletries — a real shower in the heart of the desert. Air conditioning keeps the tent cool through summer afternoons and warm on crisp winter nights, and handwoven Berber rugs, brass lanterns and local textiles do the rest.
Your stay includes dinner and breakfast at the camp, with candle-lit Moroccan cooking — slow-simmered Tajine, fresh bread, mint tea poured the proper way. In the evening, join the bonfire and drums, or climb the dune behind the camp and watch the Milky Way appear.
