Can I ride a horse or a bike in the dunes?

Yes — horse rides along the erg’s edge and fat-bike rentals are both available, and we arrange either from the camp.

Horses suit the firmer sand at the dune margins, with sunrise and sunset rides the favourites. Fat bikes open up the palm groves of Hassi Labied and the tracks around the lake.
